QUIRM

Quirm is a temperate continent mostly inhabited by humans. Politically, the land is divided into two major powers. In the North, the Orcish kingdom of Narog-Nazu and in the South, the human kingdom of Tamarin.

Narog-Nazu

The Orcs of Narog-Nazu are a mix of Barghest and Orckind, with the former making up the majority of the population. Their kingdom occupies the northern areas of Quirm, and is ruled by a Barghest Ganoes (Warlord) named Urzas Jian. The land is rockier than the southern territories, but the Orcs have managed to sustain a sizable population thanks to the subterranean farming efforts of the Orckind, who are mostly subservient to the more intelligent Barghest. The kingdom of Narog-Nazu also comprises several tribes of ogres and other giant-kin.

Tamarin

The human empire of Tamarin, which occupies approximately two thirds of Quirm, is ruled by King Ezgara Diskanal and Queen Taiel. The empire began as one of many politically independent city states in southern Quirm. Over the past 900 years, the rulers of Tamarin worked to expand their influence, eventually annexing neighbouring states through war, trade and cultural domination.
