Good news! Some new podcasts featuring Jim Darkmagic III, Omin Dran and Binwin Bronzebottom are on the way. As a bonus, a new member will be joining their team; Wil Wheaton! Back around PAX 2008 there had been rumors that he would be joining them, but now it is official.
Last week Wil had twittered that he was working on some 4e stuff “guilt free”, and I had asked him if this was in fact for the new podcasts. He replied saying he could “neither confirm nor deny the existence of the B-25 bomber”, which I took for a flat-out confirmation anyway 
It turns out that he’ll be playing an as-of-yet unreleased class. Not sure if this includes the previewed classes or not (Barbarian, Druid, Bard).
My guess is on Barbarian, since the party does not yet have a Striker. Anyways, I think he’ll be a great addition to their team and I’m looking forward hearing about their new adventures.
EDIT: Turns out will be a completely new, secret class.
