People have been asking when I am going to update next. The short answer is whenever I have time. The long answer is that what free time I do have for writing these days is spent on updating my write-up of our Forgotten Realms campaign - and even that is several sessions behind. I’m not a huge FR fan, but I really enjoy our game and I love writing about the characters.
If I didn’t have to work 8 hours a day, I would gladly spend it writing. As it is though, by the time I get home at night the last thing I feel like doing is sitting in front of the computer screen for any long period of time. Sometimes - between washing dishes, making supper, etc - I manage to get on for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, but I’m in no shape to produce anything worth consuming. Usually I just feel like checking my favorite websites, answering a couple of emails and maybe poking some of my saved games with a stick to see if they’re still alive.
So for now the only time I get to write much is during my lunch break at work or - rarely - for an hour or so on the weekends. Don’t be discouraged! I have heard your petitions and remain devoted to satisfying your demands.
Tonight we’re going to see Cloverfield at the local cinema, so you can expect a review of that up sometime before Monday I imagine.
The Wizards are being downright miserly with 4th Edition news. Only a few months remain before the official release and I feel starved for information. What meager scraps that have fallen from their table have been both juicy and crunchy. We beggars squirm in delight as each morsel escapes their clutches, clawing over each other in our desperation. I count the days before we will be invited to the table, free to partake in the actual feast.

“If I didn’t have to work 8 hours a day”
you only work 7h30 a day
just teasing you… this message is just to let you know that I am NOT part of this petition and I support you in that: “by the time I get home at night the last thing I feel like doing is sitting in front of the computer screen for any long period of time”
