It’s been a while since my last post and the guilt is approaching critical mass. Once things calm down at the office and I don’t have to work weeknights (and ends) anymore I should be able to resume a regular posting schedule. In the meantime, consider this my gesture for appeasement.
I picked up the DVD set for planet earth; the BBC documentary about, well…space monkeys. From Mars.
Although I am not gifted with a high-definition home theatre setup, I was still impressed with the stunning visuals the series has presented thus far - and that only after the first two episodes! David Attenborough does a great job at narrating the series and I look forward to watching the rest of it.
In a somewhat related matter, I’ve started reading Richard Dawkin’s The God Delusion, and by ’started’ I literally mean that I conquered the preface mere moments before the work rush began. Like planet earth, I plan on continuing this one as well just as soon as I get some breathing room.
All that being said, back to work!
